Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Candle & Fragrance Handling Our candles and home fragrance products are carefully packaged to prevent breakage and leakage during transit. Each item is wrapped in protective materials to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
